So as you can probably tell I haven’t done anything to get healthy. In fact, I have been doing the exact opposite. I got on the scale this morning at was horrified. I am almost at the same weight when I started the last time. Seriously? Exercising and eating right is it from now on. I am only going to use coffee with creamer for a morning treat in the mornings. I am going to start setting a scheduled time to walk in the mornings and I am going to go whether I want to or not. This is pathetic. This is it.
